Porthmadog is a great location for a holiday with lots to see and do and some of North Wales best attractions nearby.
The Italiante village of Portmeirion is less than two miles to the south of Portmadog and both the Welsh Highland Railway and Ffestiniog Railway end in the town.
One of the largest nearby caravan parks is Greenacres Holiday Park, which is owned and operated by Haven. The park is located just to the west of the town centre and offers all the ammenities you'd expect from a large caravan operator.
If staying in a caravan isn't quite your thing then there are a large number of self catering cottages and apartments located within Porthmadog.
